Friday night, Mike & Mandy had a pumpkin carving party. Yummy food, beer and carving pumpkins - what fun! We had a really good time. There are some pix below.
Tyler was NOT about to touch the guts from the pumpkin! However, he did think that putting painters tape on it was about the coolest thing ever and did this for about 45 minutes.

VISit
Angelos' Aunt Georgia has been here visiting from Greece. She came in August, I think, and left this weekend...finally. lol I say finally because each time I saw her, she told me she was leaving in 2 weeks... lol - you know those Greeks...never making decisions. Especially important ones, like traveling to another country... lol.
Here are some pix of Tyler with her below...this was the first time they'd met. She hasn't been to the US since before I was pregnant. I am not sure if you can tell, but she is the spitting image of Angelos' mother, with blonde hair!

Pumpkins & More ~pumpkins~
First and foremost, fall is the BEST time of year. Look how pretty the burning bushes in my yard are! FAB Tuesday Tyler, Papa & Ma went with me to the pumpkin farm. It was BRRRR Frreeeezzzzzzzzing, but lots of fun! They had a play area, with a swingset, slide, train to climb on, corn husk pyramid and animals to see....
The owners were adding more pumpkins to the patch, so they had their tractor out. When it was parked, they said that Tyler could climb on it. How cool!!

Wedding & ScArEcRoW ~~FEST~
Today I had a wedding to do in DesPlaines. Tyler had a super awesome babysitter, who let him dance on the coffee table. No really - Nicole got the remote control and when she turned around, Tyler was dancing on the coffee table. lol - I guess he gets that from me...when we go to the bar, I bring him with, get wasted, and dance on the bar. Glad to see he's following in my footsteps.
Below is the bride whos hair I did. Congrats Chris & Laura!!
After I was done, Angelos, Tyler, Ryan, Nicole & I went to the St Charles Scarecrow Fest. It was a freezing 40 degrees, but still fun. Tyler & Ryan are posing in some pix below... it was hard to get one of both of them looking at the camera - but the best ones are below.

This week, already
Yesterday's interview wasn't what I hoped. I am back to looking again. grrrr
Last night we had Chineese food with "MA" & "PAPA" Monaco. It was fun. Tyler was sporting his new 'PAPA CAR' shirt that my dad got him at the car show a couple weeks ago.
Tyler wasn't too sure about them...
After breakfast, we played downstairs to ignore the rain. Here is the new tool bench I just finished refinishing for Tyler. It was $5 and I spent about $8 redoing it. I am pretty proud of how nice it turned out.

Keep Movin.........
WOW! It has been more than 6 weeks that I have been off work! Crazy, but it doesn't seem that long. I have an interview tomorrow, so please keep your fingers crossed!
Last week was fairly poopy weather. We did have one really fun day at the DuPage Children's Museum. Tyler and I had never been here before and it was so fun! Kristin and Michael joined us and the boys had a blast!! This is a place we will definately visit again. I forgot my camera, so no pix...but check out web if you havev never been there... www.dupagechildrensmuseum.org What a fun place to go!
This coming week, Angelos and I are celebrating our 4th anniversary. We went to dinner this weekend - as this is when the babysitters were available. Here we are below at Walter Peyton's Roundhouse for dinner. YUM After, we went to the casino for a few hours - after breaking even! wahoo! What a fun night!
Today - Tyler was insistent that Angelos and he wear their BEARS jerseys. The look so cute in the matching ones.... too bad Urlacher is out for the season. Thanks Durrow's for the adorable jersey. We had to take some pix! GO BEARS Here are my cuties!
"CHEESE"
Also - we have all been vaccinated for the upcoming flu season. Tyler went with me to Walgreens on Friday - and was quite upset with the pharmacist when she was going to give mommy her "shot". But I was a big girl, and didn't even cry! Tyler was a champ too, and didn't cry either! Of course, so was Daddy! hehe =)
