Memorial Day

What a nice day! We did a whole lot of nothin'...we did see the parade in Geneva by accident... we stumbled across it after breakfast.

So SORRY Zoe...

Tyler has been in love with Zoe from day one...but the distance has put a strain on their relationship. While Zoe will always be Tyler's first love, I think Aubrie is a new chapter in his life... ;-)

A beautiful morning!

We woke up to a BRIGHT sunny day today! It is SO nice out! I am so glad I am working at home today! Its nice to be able to see out the windows....speaking of windows, Angelos & Tyler enjoyed peering out them this morning too!

DRIVING...again

My FIRST Mommy Day

Yesterday was a nice day! I woke up and no one was awake so I took advantage by laying in my pj's in front of the TV watching my TiVo shows!

We went to G/G Drake's to hang for a bit and then to G/G Monaco's for brunch with the clan! Here I got flowers, a book I've wanted, a PEDI g/c, $ and a cute ceramic monkey for my yard. Then it was off to Show Carnival and Geneva Commons for shopping and dinner @ Houlihan's!

~4 month check up~

Tyler had his 4 month check up with Dr Tony on Friday! He is super healthy and doing great. Unlike his little girlfriend, Zoe, he doens't have any trouble gaining weight! (this is a good thing as a baby but hopefully he isn't like Mommy when he gets older and can't loose it!)

Coming in at 17 lbs 1oz (90 %) and 27 inches (97%), he is a MOOSE! =)

He has begun oat cereal and loves every bite. And in the next month or so he can have Barley Cereal, White grape juice and 1st foods! Yippeeee!

I didn't take any pics that day because Tyler was miserable from his shots this time! He sobbed for most of Friday evening! Poor little guy ;(

LOOONG weekend

WOW Did we have an eventful weekend. Began on Friday with Dick's Surprise 60th Bday Party. He was surprised! Lots of ppl came and it was lots of fun for everyone but Tyler. He didn't like all those strangers and the noise that went with them!

Tyler spent the night at Grandma's for the first time alone while Angelos & I went to the Bowgren wedding!

Monday~

Tyler rolled over "all the way" for the first time. He does it everynight in his crib but has yet to do it again in the day so Mom can see! Then it was off to the Philips Park zoo for Tyler's first trip to see animals up close (except for Bailey) and the beautiful flowers!

So, we were busy and Mom had stomach flu the whole time! Crappy huh? (no pun intended)
