~Angelos is just reiterating to us what a hard, dedicated worker he is~
Starting today, his mom will no longer work at the restaurant M-TH, so he is on his own during the busiest time of day..LUNCH!
Good Luck Angelos and just keep thinking..."you don't have to work with your mom anymore" lol... obviously he doesn't read this...but lets be honest, who wants to work with BOTH of their parents, EVERYDAY!?!

tyler got this cool new tent from the durrows for his birthday! hes still napping but im sure he will love it when he wakes up. he is very into hiding lately so its perfect! thanks guys!!
tyler was also sweet enough to share his mac n cheese with aubrie...even though she doesnt have any teeth yet to eat it, she opened right up. lol here they are
last night we had dinner at zellys with ryan and nicole. it was yummy and tyler tried cheese sauce for the first time... he loved it enough, he smeared it all over his face and hair to save some for later.... he also had his first french fries..when mommy wasnt looking. lol

In the Drake house...if its electric, its broken right now! GRRRR... the treadmill, the fridge, my frickin blow dryer(mid getting ready of course) , my cell is dying too!!!!!!!!!!!! So, if its electric, don't bring it over... we will break it!
Sunday we all headed off to church for the first time in 2009, i know...were slackers. Anyway, off in the Lex we go to DeKalb... Angelos, Tyler, Ma Drake and me... Tyler did so good at church for his first time since hes been walking. I brought LOTS of snacks...that always seems to keep him busy...hmmm
Anyway, we picked an extra special day to go. In the Orthodox church, the bishop (equivalent to a cardinal for you catholics) visits a church in his diocese each Sunday during Lent. Now we all know that the Orthodox Lent is different and this Sunday was the first Sunday of 2009 Lent. And low and behold... the Bishop was performing the liturgy. It was really neat... none of us (even Ma Drake) had seen this before. He wears a very ornate headdress - similar to a crown. He has a special chair to sit in, etc. I couldn't take any pics inside for the obvious reason that I didn't want to look like a freak snapping pix of a normal church service. lol
But here is a pic that Angelos took of Tyler and I walking out. Its small...but you get the idea.

Saturday evening we had a fun time playin around. Tyler was sliding... he has learned to go up the slide alone... and can almost get to sitting at the top w/o falling. we are still working on that...lol but now he can go down alone and he just thinks its the funnest thing when he lands on his butt! Pete came over to hang with us too and I think he had fun.. i don't think he used to all the energy Tyler has...it was funny
