A little change....

This July, we will have been in our house 10 years!  I cannot believe it has been that long!  Wow!

We decided to do "over" a few rooms.  Mostly paint, but wow, what a difference.  We also rearranged but we do that all the time!

Here is the bedroom!

 This weekend, we tackled the laundry room.  Remember the "RED" walls that Angelos HAD to have??  They are GONE!

I am still on a mission for something different for laundry supplies & Shoes!

This is another rearrange.  We got the new table last year, but added this table that WAS in our bedroom!

Angelos is SO awesome at the painting, even if he doesn't it at 10pm on Saturday nights!

MY Birthday!

Generally, my birthday is just like any other day. But this year, Tyler made it extra special.  About 45 minutes after I got to work, in walks Tyler (SUPER PROUD) with a "beautiful" bunch of flowers for me.  AND! a dozen cupcakes also with "beautiful" flowers on them!  He was all about "beautiful flowers" for his mama!

FUN

Even tho its March and we have had some gorgeous weather. We had a couple poopy days too.  Opening night, Tyler and I went to see the LORAX!  Here is my lil popcorn lover!  Like Mother like son!!

 Yes, I know this is sidways.... ugh.  Well one day we took a ride to Bass Pro Shops. Always a favorite place to visit.  Tyler LOVES climbing on the stuff!

This day, it was GORGEOUS and we took a REALLY long family bike ride!  We had a blast.  When we got by the river, Tyler HAD to stop and throw in rocks and sticks.  Hilarious bc this was ALWAYS a favorite thing for Mike to do.  THO WOCKS IN THE WIVA! (Mike couldn't say "R's")

After that, we DROVE to get ice cream!

Here is another nice day.  Some days were even shorts days.... but Tyler has a new machine this year and he just LOVES the heck out of it.  One of my customers gave it to me.  It needed a battery, but SO worth it!!

Another crappy day, we went to the DuPage Children's Museum. SUCH A FUN PLACE.  We have been once before, but not for a couple years.  Tyler liked the water part the best!!

waaaay beHind

I am SO far behind on blogging.  It has been super busy but I am not really sure what we have been doing.  Tyler has been a challenge lately with bed time & Getting up.  In the morning he is SUCH a grump.  Because, I am guessing, he WON'T go to bed at night! It is so frustrating.  Usually, I just go to bed so he will. ugh

He has been cute with taking pictures tho. I was looking thru them and found these funny ones.

A few weeks ago, he had been super good, so we went to Chuck E Cheese.  YUCK!  Just to play, sanitize, play, sanitize and BATH!  eweeeee  But he had fun!

We often hang with Ashlyn & Ella.  Their dad works in Detroit so he isn't home all week either.  This night we went to Target on the way to work out.  The kids thought the helmets were hilarious!

We have been having usually nice weather this March. After one of the first days outside, Tyler was pooped!  This is ONE day we didn't have trouble going to bed!!

Catching up....

I cannot believe I haven't blogged since the the Pirate Party! Wow... although we have been quite boring since then.  Winters are so nice because we can just be quite, go to bed early, hang at home, etc and not feel guilty!

We did have dinner with Nannie last week. She has had this box for a while and Tyler always LOVES to play in it when he is there. He takes his "friends" and hangs out. Thinkin he hiding. lol

OUCH! Saturday morning, Tyler was jumping on his bed... ya i know... and came down with his mouth on his knee. OUCH! Busted lip!

 Just like Mommy, my lil guy loves to do "art". We do stuff any time I can think of it.  Here he is watercoloring....

While Angelos never ceases to amaze me... he has yet again, painted and "re-did" our spare bath. I guess he couldn't handle the frogs anymore. lol

Arrrgh Mateys!

Well Saturday, I did it.  I had 17 FOUR YEAR OLDS in my home!  EEK!  BUT, with the help of Erin and a few moms, it was a ravishing success.

Pirates was the theme and Tyler had a blast with his buddies.

Tyler's 4th Birthday - Lego Land trip

For Xmas this year, Erin got Tyler some amazing tix for LegoLand! We had SO much fun. Its a really neat place. Everything is made out of legos and its very interactive.
