The Weekend...yikes

OK, so Friday started with tons of errands to run! Whew! Saturday began with the plumber getting things organized...then after Angelos was home we were off to Home Depot with a list of supplies...the shower and Chicago for Shannon's engagement party!

Sunday-begin with Starbucks (thank GOD) and the plumber with a 50 lb JACK HAMMER digging up the basement floor! AHHHH... I figured it would be a super time for me to go outside and work on Xmas Lights... too noisy for me!

Last night began the Xmas Tree with a lack of lights... maybe today I can get some more... 3 more days til TURKEY! Yuck... but at least we will celebrate Ryan's bday too! YIPPEEEEE

The First!

Hi All!

This is the first post on the new Drake Family blog... I am sure I will be addicted thanks to Lindsay! ;) She always gets me hooked on stuff!

As you know, things are hectic for us now! Baby Drake is on the way ( I am 31 weeks now) and between baby showers, basement finishing & baby's room, we are OVERWHELMED... mind you all of this is on top of our normal work schedules (including me still doing hair) AHHHH!

We are getting excited tho! We are going to be so bored once the baby comes... ya right, I know?!? But we will be able to focus on only one thing... that will be new for us!
