putting pumpkins outside.....

Tyler found a lot of pleasure putting his pumpkins outside...hopefully they don't get smashed!

VISit

Angelos' Aunt Georgia has been here visiting from Greece. She came in August, I think, and left this weekend...finally. lol I say finally because each time I saw her, she told me she was leaving in 2 weeks... lol - you know those Greeks...never making decisions. Especially important ones, like traveling to another country... lol.

Here are some pix of Tyler with her below...this was the first time they'd met. She hasn't been to the US since before I was pregnant. I am not sure if you can tell, but she is the spitting image of Angelos' mother, with blonde hair!

carving...no PAINTING pumpkins

In order to be safe, this year Tyler and I painted pumpkins... they aren't complete yet so you will see pix when they are...but... here are some pix of my little artist at work.

Pumpkins & More ~pumpkins~

First and foremost, fall is the BEST time of year. Look how pretty the burning bushes in my yard are! FAB
Tuesday Tyler, Papa & Ma went with me to the pumpkin farm. It was BRRRR Frreeeezzzzzzzzing, but lots of fun! They had a play area, with a swingset, slide, train to climb on, corn husk pyramid and animals to see....

The owners were adding more pumpkins to the patch, so they had their tractor out. When it was parked, they said that Tyler could climb on it. How cool!!

Chilin in the patch.....

Wedding & ScArEcRoW ~~FEST~

Today I had a wedding to do in DesPlaines. Tyler had a super awesome babysitter, who let him dance on the coffee table. No really - Nicole got the remote control and when she turned around, Tyler was dancing on the coffee table. lol - I guess he gets that from me...when we go to the bar, I bring him with, get wasted, and dance on the bar. Glad to see he's following in my footsteps.

Below is the bride whos hair I did. Congrats Chris & Laura!! After I was done, Angelos, Tyler, Ryan, Nicole & I went to the St Charles Scarecrow Fest. It was a freezing 40 degrees, but still fun. Tyler & Ryan are posing in some pix below... it was hard to get one of both of them looking at the camera - but the best ones are below.

This gives you an idea of the scarecrows...each business who enters, creates a scarecrow of their own theme...so you can see a car/tractor one below.

Elmo was even there - posing for pix!
