This weekend....

Well, this weekend the weather had finally changed. We went from 68 and rain to about 85 and 90% humidity. When it rains, it poors..ugh. That said, the weekend wasn't half bad.

Friday- Tyler met the dentist, Dr Mason...he was very curious but wasn't letting him or the hygentist anywhere near his mouth. Then after nap, Tyler had a DR appt and an allergy test. Three vials of blood later and NO CRYING - Mommy was VERY proud of her big boy! Then it was off to Nancy's for Pizza & Tornadoes! Thank goodness - none hit us or our house...but it was a bit hairy for a while. Pam & Dick lost power for about 18 hours...holy HOT batman!

Saturday - Angelos and I were off to the Milwaukee Mile for Busch Series NASCAR racing...you all know its my favorite sport (NOT) but I am mezmorized by people watching, so I did a lot of that. I hope you are all proud to know, I was a minority with my BRA ON! (UGH UGH UGH) It was fun but a late night...for us and Grandma who was up with Tyler & a fever at 3:30 AM. Sorry MA!

Sunday- Father's day breakfast - where Tyler thought it would be fun to eat Raspberry Jam with his fingers, his tongue and even his SHIRT!. What a mess (pix on my FB Page) but Harner's sure serves up a yummy meal! Then naps for all of us ( fever gone), and dinner from Outback! YUM! Whoever says their food has been horrible from there lately is W R O N G - ours was great! We were all too lazy to get dressed - so we just carried out.

All in all - a great weekend. Another HOT week ahead... and Sweedish Days - hopefully it will be cool enough at night to take a walk down on Third Street and watch the dancing and listen to the bands. http://www.genevachamber.com/swedishdays.html
