Wow, with the exception of welcoming Sam, I haven't done too much blogging. Alot has been going on the lat few weeks, I don't know where to start.
Well, we found out that the people across the street (NOT Michael's family) have been harboring a fugitive and been arrested....sweet. Love that Ghetto I live in...
After that... uh its been about 0 degrees! YUCK. or should I say BBRRRR
Tyler was a sicko and home from daycare Jan 11-21. After his wonderful birthday parties he got to spend a great week with Grandma and Grandpa before they left on their 6 week excursion.
Monday, Jan 19 (MLK DAY) I was off. Tyler and I played all day (with the exceptions of the 2 nap times) and then were off to the DR for the one year WELL check (well check?? Whats that? we haven't had one of those for a while)
Tyler is 24 lbs, 33 inches and in the 75% for both. He is finally out of that 100%..lol. He got an overall "looks great" and proceeded to get 4 shots. MMR and all...and no autisim YET. ;-) jk...not that I thought he would get it. The DR did tell me.. in 2008 alone, in HIS office ALONE saw 5 cases of MUMPS! YUCK! Get your babies vaccinated!
In addition to that, Tyler is off formula completely (except what mom is using up - its too expensive to waste) and is down to ONE NAP! He now sleeps from about 1130/12-230... and is in bed by 730! Sweet! Tyler is going to be a different kid when Grandma and Grandpa get home.
Speaking of Grandma and Grandpa... thus far their trip isn't so great! They are now in SA at David/Meredith's and Grandma sounds terrible. She has a horrible sinus infection and is on meds. And Grandpa is a mess too... he threw his back out... went for a massage and it was SO terrible HE TOLD THE GIRL TO STOP AND LEFT! He has since been to the chiro once and to another massage place.
And... on top of all that, I am swamped at work and Tyler is loving Kindercare. THANK GOODNESS!
Happy January too all! Pray for NO MORE SNOW and G's to have a better trip
XO
